Today, nonprofits struggle to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. NESC has worked with numerous nonprofits to analyze their operations and find more effective ways to run their organizations.

First, NESC analyzes a client’s processes, facilities, technology, and human and financial resources. The goal is to identify bottlenecks, duplication of effort, gaps in delivery, and unnecessary costs.

We then recommend steps to reduce costs, streamline processes, and effectively utilize staff and volunteers. Often, we recommend that a client consider sharing with other nonprofits services such as accounting, technology, and HR management or outsourcing those services.
